Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Uganda via Entebbe Airport
Today arrive in your executive flight, reaching Entebbe International Airport, Early Trail Expeditions Uganda representative will be ready to pick you. This representative will be your drive for the rest of the days on your safari. The guide will brief you and transfer you to your booked hotel in Entebbe. Get rested after such long hours spent on the flight.

Day 2: Visit Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary and Botanical Gardens Entebbe
Today will take an early boat ride crossing from the main land to Ngamba Island and visit the Chimpanzee sanctuary. The Sanctuary is home to injured, and orphanage chimpanzees which are rescued from the wild and are given care and treatment here. Visitor to Ngamba watch the cadged chimpanzee which sometimes get lost from the bushes around the sanctuary. Visitors also get involved in feeding the chimpanzee with eats which are provided with the management. Afterwards alongside lunch refreshments will return back on the boat ride to the mainland and drive back botanical garden for a breathtaking walk amidst watching various birds and primate species.

Day 3: Fly from Kajjansi to Kihihi airstrip
This morning will take a drive to Kajjansi for a scheduled domestic flight to Kihihi airstrip in Kisoro southwestern Uganda. It’s about an hour flight and reaching the airstrip you will find your driver ready to transfer. Your lodge will be ready to transfer you and check-in at the lodge in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park at Ruhija sector. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking/20 days Uganda Luxury Gorilla & Wildlife Safari Tours
This morning after energizing yourself with an early breakfast, your driver will be ready to drive to Ruhija sector starting point. Starting with the briefing, get grouped in 8s and with an armed ranger guide will take steps through the slopes, valleys and hikes to search the mountain gorillas. Gorilla trekking is the highlight of the rest of the adventures in Africa. It’s the most treasured adventure due to its’ extravagant permit $700. The trek starts at 8am and can last from about 30 minutes to about 5 hours before meeting your assigned gorilla group. Finding the gorillas then you have an hour in their presence and this is a lifetime moment which can’t registered anywhere in the wild. After then will return to your lodge for refreshments and relax for the day.

Day 5: Golden Monkey tracking
This morning will start it with a drive to the southwards to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park which is about 1 and half hours of driving. Due to distance matters will take an early morning drive at 6am, and reaching Mgahinga before 8am to do the morning session track which starts at 8am. The golden monkeys are only endemic to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park in Uganda. The golden monkey tracking starts as early at 8am, so you have to be at the center in Mgahinga by 7:30am for the morning session. The beautiful and nice looking golden monkeys live in communities of over 30 individuals and more. These monkeys are habituated meaning tracker can have that close-up moment. The track in volcanic forests of Mgahinga can last for about 30 minutes to 3 hours and when found the brownish monkeys you have an hour in their presence.
Then will drive back to your lodge at Bwindi with an en-route to Lake Mutanda doing a boat ride. Dinner and overnight will at Bwindi.

Day 6: Batwa Community Visit and Nature Walk
The golden monkeys and gorillas once co-lived with the certain primitive people called the Batwa people, sometimes referred to as forest pygmies. Will drive to the Batwa communities and get entertained locals who present their amazing traditions to the world. When visited the Batwa community will do community walks, storytelling, songs and dances alongside traditional music tools. Afterwards when filled with joy will en-route with lunch and take the afternoon nature walks. The nature walks presents special forest dwellers among which include several bird species, various monkeys, and animals like bushbucks, among others.

Day 7: Lake Bunyonyi
This morning drive to Lake Bunyonyi and experience beauty of contour reflections. Spend the day exploring and relaxed at the amazing Lake Bunyonyi. This lake is the 2nd deepest lake in Africa, and jeweled with a simple and unique landscape view. Reaching at the lake you will take a boat ride to one of the islands. Then will check-in at your lodge and relax under the melodies of many small birds like the name suggests. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 8: Transfer to Ishasha Sector Queen Elizabeth National Park
This morning will drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park and pass via Ishasha sector. Reaching Ishasha will have to refresh and take a drive through the golden savannah plains which are awarding with views of prides lousily relaxed under dotted acacia trees. Along the drive from various tracks you encounter variety of wildlife with the major being the tree climbing lions. After a drive will check-in at your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Queen Game Drive and Boat Cruise
Today early morning with your packed breakfast will drive to Kasenyi section of Queen Elizabeth National Park for an incredible game drive. One of the rewarding game drive with variety of wildlife species including; elephants, Uganda kobs, bushbucks, buffalos, lions, warthogs among so many species to watch accompanied by several bird species.
In the afternoon hours with lunch en-route will drive to the Mweya peninsular, for a boat cruise on Kazinga channel. The wild boat cruise is an opening of watching more animals. Then, after will drive back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Lion Tracking Experiential and Lake Katwe Visit
Spend this day tracking lions in the Kasenyi plain. The lion tracking experiential is a special adventure which remained only for Queen Elizabeth National Park. This means with your 4×4 safari vehicle alongside experienced rangers will track lions with radio monitors. This tracking involves even taking the off the beaten path drives until lions are seen and monitored for some hours. After this, with lunch en-route will drive to Lake Katwe and watch the salt mining process. This is the only salt lake that provides salt crystals that are used to produce salt. Then will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 11: Kyambura Gorge Chimpanzee Tracking/20 days Uganda Luxury Gorilla & Wildlife Safari Tours
Today will drive to Kyambura gorge, a ravine within the rift escapement that displays a tropical nature amidst a ring of golden savannah. The Kyambura is located in the eastern ends of Queen Elizabeth National Park and very famous for chimpanzee tracking experiences. You will track the chimpanzees here, which can last for about 3 hours to search meet and watch them. Chimpanzees at Kyambura are habituated so, there is a chance of watching them at a close range. Afterwards will return to your lodge and relax for the day.

Day 12: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park en-route Mbarara City
Today transfer to Lake Mburo along your route to Kampala, with en-route to Mbarara city for lunch and also visit the Igongo cultural center for rich history about Uganda western culture. Then will continue reaching Lake Mburo check-in at your lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 13: Game Drive and Boat Cruise
This day will take a remarkable and wild rewarding game drive through various made driving track. Lake Mburo is one of the most rewarding parks as far as antelope species are concerned. The park in the absence of elephants is decorated with various species including giraffes, zebras, impalas, elands, Kobs, leopards, lions, warthogs, wild dogs, and many other species. Then in the afternoon hours, it’s a boat ride on the largest Lake Mburo here, a lot should be expected. The boat ride is very rewarding with various animal encounters including buffalos, highest concentration of Impalas and many other considerations. Returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 14: Horse Riding and Night Game Drive
This morning is started with a delicious breakfast, then drive to Mihingo lodge and do a horse ride. The wild horse ride is one exciting thing which brings you close to nature and its treasures. The absence of elephants in Lake Mburo makes it possibly easy to do wild horse rides. The horse rides takes various trails and rates according to the desires of the guest. Relax, and wait for a night game drive. The night game drive is a reward with unique features like finding predators actively hunting, and a lot of animals can be seen relaxed.

Day 15: Transfer to Kampala En-route Equator and Naggalabi Coronation Site
Today will transfer back to Kampala, while on a drive will en-route at the Equator and take several photographs. Then will continue and reaching Nsangi will branch to visit the Naggalabi Buddo Buganda coronation ground. This is an amazing place with a lot of narration on Buganda Kingdom the strongest Kingdom in East and Central Africa.

Day 16: Transfer to Jinja En-route Sezibwa Waterfalls and Zip lining in Mabira
This morning will drive to Jinja city eastwards from Kampala with a branch over to Sezibwa and explore these amazing waterfalls. The cool and authentic serene of the waterfalls makes the falls a special spot to consider. Then another en-route will be at Mabira forest and spend the rest of the time here, will particularly undertake Zip lining adventure and sail under tree branches. Afterwards will have to drive for the remaining kilometers to Jinja and check-in at your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 17: White Water Rafting, Bungee Jumping
This morning prepare for a supernatural adventures starting the morning session with white water rafting which is about 30 minutes’ drive along the Nile sailing. Rafting at Jinja on the source of the Nile is a world class rafting with 4 and 5 grades. The rafting takes about 3 to 4 hours and after will have to take a sip of an energizing drink and drive back to the bungee jumping spot. The fall leads you to kiss the Nile down to about 45m. Bungee jumping is one of the amazing encounters done for adrenaline adventures.

Day 18: Water sliding, Source of the Nile Boat Cruise and Transfer Back to Kampala
This morning start it with a water sliding session which is done exactly at the Nile resort. Then will take a drive to the source of Nile and do a boat ride to the point where the Nile receives it very first drop before setting for the longest journey of any river. After the full packed day of adventure, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Afterwards you will relax a bit with a Jinja city drive and with lunch refreshments will board for a drive back to Kampala. Reaching Kampala in the late evening hours will check-in at your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 19: Take a Drive Around on a Kampala City Tour
Today will take the Kampala city tour visiting some of the special and historical places of Uganda Martyrs shrine Namugongo and the Museum, then visit the isolated Bahai temple and finish with Kasubi tombs.

Day 20: Relax at your Hotel in Kampala, Visit UWEC (Entebbe Zoo) and Fly Back Home
Today wakeup and enjoy the warm breeze around Lake Victoria under the arrays of sunrise. Start your drive after the breakfast moment and drive to Uganda Wildlife Education Center (Entebbe Zoo). This is the center of almost every wildlife in the natural sanctuaries, and protected areas and of which some of the species here are not in Uganda. Then afterwards will drive to Entebbe airport for your flight back home.
